CAF I Trust Distribution

On the day of the date, the quarterly distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates.

On the date of the date, the quarterly distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates of the Net Distributable Funds of the Financial Trust Debt Fund for infrastructure in Uruguay CAF I, for an amount of $556,024,620.

The Participation Certificates are Variable Income Securities, which grant their holder the right to participate in the results and remainder of the Trust. In this case, the payments to the holders of the Participation Certificates are associated with the flows of funds that the Trust receives for the investment in Debt in the different infrastructure projects.

Republica AFISA acts as Trustee of the Trust and CAF-AM Administradora de Activos Uruguay S.A as Manager.
