Distribution Financial Trust CAF-AM Ferrocarril Central

On 07/15/2022, the quarterly distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates.

On 07/15/2022, the quarterly distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates of the Net Distributable Funds of the Financial Trust CAF-AM Ferrocarril Central, for an amount of $136 million.

Participation Certificates are Variable Income Securities, which grant their holder the right to participate in the results and remainder of the Trust. In this case, the payments to the holders of the Participation Certificates are associated with the cash flows that the Trust receives for the investment in Debt in the Central Railroad project.

Republica AFISA acts as Trustee of the Trust and CAF-AM Administradora de Activos Uruguay S.A as Manager.
