Distribution Financial Trust CAF-AM Ferrocarril Central

On 01/16/2023, the quarterly distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates.

On 01/16/2023, the quarterly distribution was made to the Holders of the Participation Certificates of the Net Distributable Funds of the CAF-AM Ferrocarril Central Financial Trust, for an amount of $177,450,000.

The Participation Certificates are Variable Income Securities, which grant their holder the right to participate in the results and remainder of the Trust. In this case, the payments to the holders of the Participation Certificates are associated with the flows of funds that the Trust receives for the investment in Debt in the Central Railroad project.

Republica AFISA acts as Trustee of the Trust and CAF-AM Administradora de Activos Uruguay S.A as Manager.
